Is anyone else a last minute shopper? I always tell myself I am going to get all my shopping done before December. Usually the week before I am still gathering the last minute gifts. I decided to throw together a gift guide for fitness gift ideas in case you have a workout junkie on your Christmas list. Let’s get it done early this year! Here are some of my must have fitness products.
-Headphones
What is a workout without a good set of headphones? Whether I am listening to a podcast or jamming to music, headphones are a must for me. The Powerbeats Wireless Headphones are what I have been using for the last few years and I don’t have any complaints. I love not having to deal with a cord and they are so light I don’t even notice they are there. Plus they hold a charge for 8 plus hours which is so convenient. Shop HERE.
I also have a back up pair in case my beats aren’t charged. These LETSCOM Bluetooth wireless in ear headphones have great sound, charge very quickly, and last most of the day too. I can’t believe they less than $20 with more than 50,000 reviews and nearly a 5 star rating.
Here are some other great headphone recommendations from Amazon that have GREAT reviews and are less than $40 :
HSPRO T16 Bluetooth Sports & Exercise Wireless In-Ear Headphones With Mic and Volume Control, White
TOZO TWS Bluetooth Waterproof Wireless In-Ear Headphones With Mic and Volume Control, Black
Mpow FLAME2 Bluetooth Headphones Sport, 12Hrs & Bluetooth 5.0 Wireless Sport Earphone
–Stainless Steel Water Bottle
A water bottle might seem like a lame gift but honestly, having a nice water bottle is so great when you carry it with you everywhere. These stainless steel water bottles keep your water cold FOREVER. They are durable and I love all the fun colors. Shop HERE.
This is my back up water bottle that I recently got and I LOVE it. It has so many color options, 3 size options, and 2 lid options. This has a 5 star rating and is less than $20. Shop HERE.
Here are some other awesome options from Amazon, all with great reviews and under $50.
Umite Chef Water Bottle
-Foam Roller
Boy do I have a love hate relationship with my foam roller. But if you workout regularly, this is a must. This is a tool used to relieve sore and tight muscles. Even though it can be a bit painful while you are rolling on it, you will feel like a million bucks afterwards. Shop HERE.
If you want to get a deep tissue massage, these textured foam rollers are amazing. They go deeper and can really help break up the soreness in your muscles. Shop HERE.
–New Activewear
What is better than a new workout outfit? Not much in my opinion. Cute workout clothes always motivate me to work harder. My favorite line is from Flexliving Collection. The clothes are so soft and comfortable and the quality can not be beat. I am currently loving the crop tops and the outline pants. Shop HERE.
I actually did an entire blog post linking all my favorite workout pieces. Check it out HERE.
-Yoga Mat
I love the double grip sides that helps keep this yoga mat put. I love the strap that makes it so easy to carry around. I’ve been using mine a lot lately as I’ve been working out from home with my back injury and I’ve been very happy to have my yoga mat. Shop HERE.
Here are a couple other yoga mats with fantastic reviews and all under $40
Toplus Yoga Mat
–Spiral hair coils
I’m embarrassed to say but I think I was the last girl on earth to hear about these. I absolutely love them! They don’t crease your hair and they are so gentle. I get an instant headache from regular elastics and these spiral hair coils don’t hurt my head at all. Shop HERE.
-Activity tracker
Although I’ve recently started using my husband’s old Apple Watch, I LOVE my Garmin. It tracks distance, steps, pace, heart rate, calories, floors climbed, and activity intensity. It also syncs to an app that can give you even more information including your sleep patterns. Shop HERE.
I found some for a great price and have great reviews. Check them out below:

-Barbell Pad
I hold all my tension in my shoulders so this barbell pad really helps relieve the stress that a heavy bar can put on my shoulders. This is so great to use for hip thrusting. I used to not lift super heavy on hip thrusts but this pad allows me to put a lot more weight on the bar. This does a great job at protecting my hips and shoulders. You need one if you’re going to lift heavy. Shop HERE.
I found a bunch of great options all under $20 and they have great reviews. Check them out here:
Elevator Fitness Squat Pad
Fit Viva Barbell Pad
POWER GUIDANCE Barbell Squat Pad
-Resistance Bands
These resistance bands are great for at home workouts but I honestly use mine just as much at the gym. My favorite I have found is from Flexliving. It is great quality and the amount of resistance is high enough to get my legs burning. I wrote a blog post showing how I use this resistance band to activate my glutes for booty gains. Read that post HERE. Shop my favorite resistance band HERE.
I found a couple other great options under $25 and they all have great reviews. Check them out below:
